HR & Admin Executive

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding & Off boarding.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure that all employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating are processed, maintained, and updated.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, updating HR policies and procedures throughout the organization.
  • Manage and coordinate HR Best practice processes to ensure the accurate processing of all HR data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Responsible for planning, preparing and organizing training programs of the company.
  • Preparing offer letters, contracts, memorandum of understanding, fee proposals, quotations, etc.
  • End-to-end Visa processing – New visa, Renewals & Cancellations.
  • Renewals – Trade License, Tenancy Contract, AMC, etc.
  • Renewal of medical insurance, professional indemnity.
  • Drafting Emails, Business Letters, Internal Memos, and other Correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes.
  • Providing Administrative support for the managers.
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Handling all Utility bills and Keeping track records of payments.
  • Handling Office Stationery issuing and procuring as per the requirement.
  • Handling petty cash and other accounting services including VAT calculation and filing in Federal Tax Authority.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree (prefer Business Administration/Management background).
  • Must have 2 to 5 years of UAE experience as an HR and Admin.
  • Should have experience in ERP software’s.
  • Should have excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
  • Skill in examining and evaluating business processes and operating procedures and managing procedure/process change.
  • Strong critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize and interpret complex issues and to create integrated solutions and recommendations.
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Should be able to do administrative support by preparing reports, writing emails, memos, letters, correspondence, and maintaining filing.
  • Good working knowledge of UAE labor laws.
