Job Title – Housekeeping Team Leader required

Job location – Dubai or Abu Dhabi

Urgently, we are hiring experienced Housekeeping Team Leader with UAE driving license to be placed in Dubai/Abu Dhabi for one of our Cleaning Services Company.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff, taking into consideration workload and priorities.
• Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and cleaning protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE Driving License is a must.
• Preferably on Visit or Cancelled visa or who can join immediately or on short notice.
