We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualifications:-

• Must with at least 2 Year in a supervisory role.
• Must be Bachelor Degree Holder in Hotel Management
• Proven experience in Hotel housekeeping Department,
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS, HotLync software, added advantage
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Strong knowledge on Housekeeping logistic and Inventory control
• Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure availability for daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
