Description:

We are looking for a Household Manager in Dubai

• Speak and write in Arabic is a must
• Help the house owner is located in DUBAI to manage a family of two members their daily activities.
• Managing the household budget, organizing social events, and making travel arrangements as needed she will manage all house requirements and their members and all devices day by day.
• Ultimately, you will work directly with a family of two members to help them accomplish daily activities, so they can focus on their busy careers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all supplies needed for events are delivered on time
• Make sure that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment and the whole devices in the house, including ordering replacements when needed.
• Ensure that all foodservice operations run smoothly during events, such as weddings and conferences.
• Coordinate with staff members and servants to ensure that all events run smoothly from start to finish.
• Maintenance for every need, follow-up with the all servants, maintenance of the all the cars with their agencies, maintenance of the yacht and follow up with the work stuff on it, and coordination with the navigation stuff during traveling work.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as a House Manager or similar role, fluent or excellent in English and also can speak Arabic.
• Being a good communicator, understanding the client’s likes and dislike.
• Being knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role.
• Being responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized with a good shape.
• Salary : 10000 : 15000 Dirhams depends on the interview with the owner
