About the Role
We are searching for enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as Hostesses. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Seat guests according to reservation preferences and table availability.
- Manage waitlist efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized hostess station.
- Uphold high standards of guest service in line with the restaurant’s brand.
- Collaborate effectively with wait staff and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-end restaurant or lounge setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic a plus.
