We are looking for chefs in our beautiful and awarded rooftop bar “Monkey Bar”, a Latin-American bar concept with pan asian influence for the below chef roles:

Positions:

1. (Monkey Bar) Sous Chef
2. (Monkey Bar) Demi Chef de partie
3. (Monkey Bar) Commis 1

All you need is:

• Latin food experience
• High sense for quality
• Conversational English
• Passionate about food
• 5-star or strong independent restaurant experience

Candidates must be able to physically come for a trial shift, hence overseas applications will not be considered.
