Job Title: Hospitality Ambassador – UAE National

Work Location: Mirdiff City Center and The Village Mall, Jumeirah

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Ambassador. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. They must be able to provide exceptional service to our guests while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly as they enter the premises and provide assistance as needed.
  • Address any complaints or concerns raised by guests promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, take bookings, and provide accurate information to callers regarding our services.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our services and offerings to assist guests with inquiries and recommendations.
  • Create memorable experiences for guests by delivering outstanding service and exceeding their expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive atmosphere for guests.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace to present a professional image to guests.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work well face-to-face with clients and provide high-quality service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Compassionate and understanding towards guests’ needs and concerns.
  • Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • A good spoken and written English is required.
