Requirements:

• Work experience as a Holiday Manager with at least 3-5 years in a Tourism Company
• Excellent knowledge of creating quotations, travel itineraries, and package costing
• Knowledgeable in handling customers’ inquiries and complaint
• Prompt reply to email inquiries from B2B and B2C client
• Must know how to handle hotels, excursions & tour packages outside UAE, especially group packages
