• Leira Consulting is hiring a skilled Workspace IT Support Executive to support its IT operations in Sharjah
• The role focuses on providing full technical support and maintaining IT infrastructure

About the Role:

• Provide end-to-end technical support for internal users
• Maintain systems, networks, and IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related IT field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with networking, Office 365, G-Suite, and ITIL practices
• Hands-on knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily IT support tickets and resolve technical issues
• Install and configure systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Administer LAN and WAN networking and resolve connectivity issues
• Manage Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, groups, signatures, and email flow
• Administer Zoho products, Jamf, Sophos XDR, Perception Point, and Genesys
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, security, and printer-related issues
• Maintain attendance systems, ticketing tools, CCTV, and smart devices
• Implement Azure Active Directory and manage NTFS permissions
• Administer Cisco telephony systems, switches, and FortiGate firewall
• Install and maintain VMWare virtual machines
• Train employees on IT systems and support new staff onboarding
• Create and update IT policies and assist with internal and external audits
