Description:
Huntress, a fully remote cybersecurity company founded by former NSA operators, is seeking a Web Program Manager to join our Web team. The ideal candidate will organize, manage, and execute content updates on huntress.com, ensuring digital experiences are aligned with brand standards and marketing goals. You’ll work closely with managers, developers, and SEO specialists to support content expansion, optimize site performance, and maintain overall site health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Operations: Manage and publish content daily in our Headless CMS, maintain site integrity by identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the bridge between the Web team and Marketing to gather assets, manage expectations, and ensure updates meet brand standards and timelines
• Proactive Site Optimization: Monitor site performance and user behavior to suggest and implement improvements for UX and conversion rates
• Technical Liaison & UAT: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope new features, support User Acceptance Testing, and verify updates function as intended
• SEO & Site Health Support: Work with the SEO team to implement on-page optimizations, support content expansion, and improve site performance
• Agile Workflow Integration: Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to align content roadmap with technical sprints
Requirements:
• Experience working with content management systems, Headless CMS experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of web structures, SEO basics, and UX principles, with a detail-oriented approach to QA
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail for content entry and bug identification
