Let Grow is currently looking for a reliable and detail-focused Web Administrator (Contract) to oversee and maintain its website and connected digital platforms. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on website management, page creation, content updates, and troubleshooting technical issues while supporting marketing and program goals through strong digital execution.
Working closely with the marketing team, the Web Administrator will be responsible for building landing pages, updating content, and ensuring the website remains accurate, fast, functional, and user-friendly at all times.
Website Management & Maintenance
- Create, update, and maintain website pages such as program pages, blog articles, resource sections, and online forms
- Build and manage landing pages for campaigns, events, webinars, and fundraising efforts
- Ensure website content stays up to date, accurate, and aligned with Let Grow’s branding and messaging
- Monitor overall site health and address broken links, layout inconsistencies, and functionality issues
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve issues related to formatting, responsiveness, plugins, forms, and third-party integrations
- Coordinate with external developers or hosting providers for more complex technical challenges
- Manage themes, plugins, updates, and apply basic website security best practices
- Ensure routine website backups and updates are completed consistently
User Experience & Optimization
- Ensure all pages are mobile-responsive and meet accessibility standards
- Apply SEO best practices including page titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and image optimization
- Enhance page layouts and navigation to improve usability and conversion performance
- Review site analytics and identify opportunities for performance improvements
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with marketing, development, and program teams to support ongoing digital needs
- Assist with website updates tied to email campaigns, donation tools, and event registrations
- Document website workflows and help maintain internal web management guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience and certifications
- At least 4 years of experience managing and maintaining websites
- Strong experience working with WordPress
- Ability to build and edit pages using page builders, custom layouts, and existing themes
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Experience creating landing pages and online forms
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working with nonprofit, advocacy, or mission-driven organizations
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Search Console
- Experience with email marketing tools, CRM systems, or donation platform integrations
- Basic design or layout skills using tools like Canva or Figma
- Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Experience with Gravity Forms, Salesforce, and Mailchimp integrations
