Warranty Claim Associate – Level III

Description
We are seeking a skilled Warranty Claim Associate to join our Service team within the Distribution Business Segment. In this role, you will manage warranty processes and provide critical support for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full lifecycle of extended warranty requests, including eligibility verification, billing via BMS, and registration through ECW, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a primary contact for internal and external customers, responding to service requests in OneC and providing timely, knowledgeable support regarding warranty status and processing.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for proper request processing and timely resolution.
• Participate in cross-training initiatives, supporting related functions such as Dealer Labor Rate Changes and Warranty Credit Processing, enhancing team flexibility and operational continuity.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement best practices within the team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in BMS (Billing) and ECW (Certificate Registration) systems.
• Familiarity with OneC or similar service request platforms.
• Strong accuracy in data entry and document verification.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in remote support environments.
• Ability to multi-task, take ownership, and drive projects or tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in dealership, OEM, or warranty support roles.
• Technical understanding of unit configurations or product lines to assess warranty eligibility and coverage.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training preferred.
• Position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Work Location

• Remote: Can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.
