Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities for a fast-moving operation in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order fulfilment, maintain stock integrity, and coordinate effectively with other departments to keep the supply chain running smoothly. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Oversee direct fulfilment processes to guarantee timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
- Manage inventory control, perform stock reconciliations, and prepare inventory reports.
- Liaise closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
- Enforce company procedures and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years’ proven experience in warehouse supervision or similar operational roles.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage warehouse functions and lead a small team.
- Practical experience with Odoo or comparable ERP/WMS systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
