Description:
Join our team as a Warehouse Manager at a food packaging manufacturing facility in Sharjah. You will take charge of daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control, timely dispatches, and safe working practices while leading a small operations team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
What you’ll do:
• Oversee inbound receiving, storage, and outbound dispatch processes to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations, and controlled stock movement (FIFO/FEFO).
• Supervise fleet coordination, logistics and dispatch planning to ensure timely deliveries.
• Lead, train and mentor warehouse staff; set KPIs and monitor team performance.
• Enforce HSE and food-quality standards, support audits, and ensure compliance with local safety and labor regulations.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and streamline operations.
What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years’ hands-on warehouse management experience, ideally in food packaging or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience with WMS and good understanding of inventory control best practices.
• Knowledge of UAE labor and safety regulations.
• Based in the UAE (candidates from Sharjah preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary AED 6,000–8,000 plus standard benefits.
