Description:

SIBCA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join its operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, and logistics coordination who can help ensure efficient day-to-day warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, supporting shipping and receiving activities, coordinating logistics processes, and ensuring accurate documentation within warehouse management systems. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with experience in construction, engineering, or technical industries will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control documentation

• Monitor inventory movements and support inventory reconciliation activities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving operations

• Assist in logistics planning and delivery scheduling

• Update warehouse records and maintain operational reports

• Process transactions through ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers regarding stock requirements

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and warehouse standards

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Experience in inventory management and warehouse administration

• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination processes

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Experience in construction, engineering, or technical industries preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
