Morsel Chocolates is currently hiring a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, have a passion for chocolates and desserts, and take pride in delivering excellent service in a welcoming environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality service to guests, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting smooth daily operations. This is a full-time position within a fast-paced and customer-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take customer orders and serve chocolate products, desserts, and beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations
- Operate and handle the POS system accurately
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a waitress or customer service role is preferred
