A specialty coffee shop located in Jumeirah, Dubai is currently hiring a professional and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join its team immediately. The role is ideal for candidates who have prior experience working in upscale or fine-dining environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Immediate availability is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, high-quality table service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while offering menu recommendations
- Serve coffee, beverages, and meals professionally according to service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas at all times
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company service protocols consistently
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary ranging from AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 based on experience
