Voice Over Artist – AI Voice Data Training (Remote, United States)
Voices is seeking fluent speakers for a one-time freelance project to record voice samples for AI text-to-speech (TTS) research and development. This opportunity allows contributors to support conversational AI model training by recording scripted speech from home. Selected candidates will record at least 1 hour of audio in their most fluent language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record provided scripts in a quiet environment.
- Deliver high-quality audio files following technical specifications.
- Follow artistic direction for natural, conversational, and expressive speech.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in one of the listed languages.
- Access to a quiet recording space and high-quality microphone.
- Ability to record approximately 1 finished hour of audio (≈9000 words) and submit files within 2 days.
- Prior experience in voice acting, narration, or broadcasting is required.
- Must sign NDA and usage release agreements.
Audio Specifications:
- Minimal background noise and echo.
- Format: WAV, Sample Rate ≥44.1 kHz, Bit Depth ≥16-bit.
- Noise floor < -60 dBFS, raw unprocessed audio only.
- No robotic, commercial, or ad-style delivery; no AI-generated recordings.
Artistic Direction:

- Be yourself, speak naturally and conversationally.
- Use emotion and expressiveness in delivery.
DON’Ts: - Do not ad-lib; read scripts exactly.
- Avoid flat, robotic, or overly polished announcer tones.
- Do not record script metadata or directions—record only script content.
Compensation & Payment:
