Joy Network is seeking detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join as Visual Evaluation Specialists in supporting the development of next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on evaluating and annotating visual content to improve the quality, accuracy, and performance of AI training data. The position is ideal for individuals with strong visual analysis skills and experience in creative or digital media fields, even without prior AI industry experience.
In this role, your expertise will directly contribute to shaping how AI models interpret and learn from real-world visual inputs. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where precision, clarity, and thoughtful feedback are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and annotate visual content based on quality, clarity, aesthetics, and relevance
• Follow project guidelines to assess image datasets used for AI model training
• Provide detailed, objective, and structured feedback on visual materials
• Identify inconsistencies, errors, or low-quality visuals across datasets
• Analyze image composition, design quality, and adherence to defined standards
• Communicate findings clearly in written English with logical reasoning and suggestions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine evaluation criteria and workflows
• Support continuous improvement of AI systems through accurate and timely evaluations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in visual content evaluation, digital media, or related creative field
• Commitment to at least 15 hours of work per week
• Strong written English communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking ability
• Ability to make objective, data-driven evaluations of visual content
• Familiarity with digital image formats, quality standards, and visual design principles
