Description:
We’re hiring a creative Visual Communication Designer to join our Dubai team — someone who can blend strong visual instincts with practical content production skills to support both offline and online marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing collateral across print and digital channels, including brochures, catalogs, brand profiles, event branding, and outdoor assets such as billboards, streamers, standees, signage, and in-store displays.
  • Produce compelling digital content for social platforms and the company website, from static posts to motion-ready concepts.
  • Create short-form and long-form content formats — social posts, stories, reels, and video concepts — with a clear storytelling approach.
  • Support and help direct photoshoots for product, lifestyle, and campaign imagery, including basic art direction on set.
  • Keep up-to-date with current design, digital marketing, and AI-assisted content tools and apply them to improve creative output.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure all visual assets align with brand strategy and commercial goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Media & Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design and content creation, ideally within retail, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with basic video editing tools; experience with AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Firefly) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and how visual formats perform on each.
  • Excellent eye for aesthetics — typography, color, composition — and a storyteller’s mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented creative thinker with solid communication skills.
