We are currently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Visa Typist with strong expertise in Sharjah (SHJ) and Dubai (DXB) visit visa processing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working within UAE visa typing systems and a solid understanding of immigration procedures.
This role is based in Al Nahda, Dubai, within a fast-paced travel and visa services environment where accuracy, speed, and compliance are essential for smooth operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing visa typing tasks, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for timely and accurate processing of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle visit visa typing for Dubai and Sharjah applications with accuracy
• Process visa applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with UAE immigration laws and procedures
• Coordinate all required documentation, submissions, and follow-up requirements
• Track visa application progress and ensure timely completion of each case
• Maintain updated records and system entries for all applications
• Work closely with operations and support teams for smooth workflow
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in visa typing or travel-related roles
• Strong knowledge of SHJ & DXB visa typing systems and procedures
• Familiarity with UAE immigration rules, visit visa processing, and documentation standards
• Experience working with visa portals and typing systems
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and speed in documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
