About the Role
As a Visa Officer, you’ll oversee visa applications, handle government-related tasks, and ensure seamless processes involving the ICP (Immigration and Citizenship Programs) and the Ministry of Human Resources. Your ability to work independently and efficiently will be key in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Process visa applications (new, renewals, cancellations) with precision and timeliness.
- Manage all tasks related to ICP (Immigration and Citizenship Programs).
- Oversee matters involving the Ministry of Human Resources, including labor contracts and compliance.
- Utilize government portals to apply for services without assistance from typing centers.
- Keep up-to-date with immigration laws, labor regulations, and government policies.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for audits and internal use.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth visa-related processes for employees.
- Resolve issues with government authorities promptly and professionally.
