Inizio Engage, a strategic engagement partner in healthcare, is seeking a motivated Virtual Service Representative to support a leading biotechnology company. This role focuses on executing strategic plans, managing product access, and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support field teams with strategic initiatives and campaigns.
• Assist in transitioning brand presence from retail to specialty pharmacy partners.
• Manage client materials including co-pay cards, marketing campaigns, and patient support resources within assigned territories.
• Establish professional phone presence, build rapport, and maintain productive business relationships.
• Adapt to new therapeutic areas, business channels, and organizational changes.
• Leverage customer networks, resources, and tools to expand connectivity and engagement.
• Maintain accurate data entry for customer interactions and follow-up actions per client policies.
• Meet call productivity metrics and optimize daily call activity to achieve sales objectives.
• Communicate product information clearly and accurately, demonstrating knowledge of specialty pharmacy networks.
• Complete required product training and meet performance expectations to service client customers effectively.
• Communicate with Virtual Sales Manager, Field Regional Sales Manager, and field counterparts regarding project progress.
• Execute sales strategies in compliance with Federal Healthcare Program requirements, FDA regulations, and client policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Prior virtual or contact center sales experience required.
• Strong technical acumen and work ethic.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Open to feedback for continuous performance and skill improvement.
