Home Health Focus AI is seeking a dedicated Virtual Medical Assistant/UM Coordinator to join our innovative healthcare team. This role focuses on supporting home healthcare professionals by providing essential administrative and clinical coordination services, helping to enhance patient care and streamline physician support in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform front and back-office functions virtually, including submitting authorizations and managing administrative tasks.
- Serve as a representative of the employer when connecting with members and performing administrative duties.
- Collaborate closely with the Utilization Management department to ensure patient flow aligns with established guidelines.
- Work directly with a cross-functional team of clinical staff in a virtual setting to optimize healthcare operations.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across the healthcare ecosystem, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant or in Utilization Management.
- Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
