What You Will Be Doing

- Partner with our education leads to ensure seamless workshop execution
- Foster a vibrant learning community across our diverse program offerings, including bilingual tracks
What You Won’t Be Doing
- No formal teaching or content delivery required – our AI handles the academic heavy lifting
- Skip the paperwork – no lesson planning or grading in this role
- You won’t be flying solo in workshop delivery – you’re part of a collaborative team
- This isn’t a passive monitoring role – we need active, engaged facilitators
Virtual Learning Assistant Key Responsibilities
Your mission is to be the catalyst that transforms virtual workshops into dynamic, engaging experiences. You’ll create an environment where students feel motivated, organized, and excited to participate in their learning journey.
Basic Requirements
- Available for full-time commitment during Mountain Time zone hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday)
- Proven track record of 3+ years working with youth in any mentorship or leadership capacity
- First-hand experience in US, Canadian, or UK education systems as a student (remote work available globally)
- Tech-savvy with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Natural talent for creating positive energy while maintaining organizational excellence
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Previous involvement with virtual learning platforms or digital education tools
- Experience coordinating youth activities in recreational or extracurricular settings

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
