Description:
Trescal is looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our executive leadership team. The role requires a detail-oriented, resourceful professional capable of managing a wide range of executive support tasks independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate communication between executives, clients, and internal teams.
• Track and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Assist with expense reports, invoicing, and budgeting as required.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
• Maintain organized document and digital file systems.
• Provide ad hoc administrative and personal support as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
