Shoreside.Partners is seeking a Virtual Event & Occasion Planner to assist clients with creating memorable travel experiences through personalized planning and exceptional customer service. This fully remote opportunity is suitable for individuals who enjoy helping people, researching destinations, and building meaningful customer relationships.

The successful candidate will support clients with vacations, cruises, resorts, flights, and special travel arrangements while guiding them through the booking process. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and messaging platforms.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate guidance throughout the travel planning process.

• Assist customers with selecting and booking cruises, resorts, flights, vacation packages, and other travel experiences.
