Role Summary:

We’re on the lookout for a Virtual Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Documentation:
  • Update and maintain customer databases and records.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on front desk activities and customer interactions.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Problem Resolution:
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel or supervisor.
  • Use problem-solving skills to find effective solutions to customer concerns.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to handle customer complaints.General Duties:
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required.
