Role Summary:
We’re on the lookout for a Virtual Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Documentation:
- Update and maintain customer databases and records.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on front desk activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Problem Resolution:
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel or supervisor.
- Use problem-solving skills to find effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to handle customer complaints.General Duties:
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable internet and home office setup.
- Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, customer service platforms, and CRM systems.
