We are currently hiring Virtual Customer Service Assistants. Responsibilities to include:

Management Customer Service Support

  • Regular client interfacing (via phone)
  • Email management (checking/organizing communication with clients)
  • Calendar management (communication with management team during month for specific date-oriented tasks)

Operations Support

  • Creating/executing/maintaining standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes
  • Admin tasks associated with CRM software

  • Communication with management team to ensure all tasks are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working remotely preferred
  • Available to complete work, take video calls, etc. during business hours Monday – Friday
  • At least 10 hours/week of availability
  • Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects preferred
  • Mac (preferred) or PC Computer (including webcam) and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • A fast and reliable internet connection
  • Smartphone with email capabilities and the ability to download various apps
  • Preference to candidates proficient in common online programs/software used by small business owners.
  • We are currently not accepting candidates who have full-time jobs or are enrolled in school full-time
