Arya Concierge is hiring a Virtual Concierge to support couples through personalized, empathetic, and professional communication. Arya is building the Couples Wellness category, aiming to redefine how couples invest in emotional and physical intimacy through innovative AI-driven concierge services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, building trust-based relationships, and providing thoughtful guidance in a supportive environment.
As a Virtual Concierge, you will act as a trusted point of contact for couples, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience. This is a remote, part-time contract role with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through email and chat channels
• Understand individual customer needs and offer tailored, personalized solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to couples by sharing guidance, best practices, and thoughtful recommendations
• Collaborate with research, product, and logistics teams to enhance customer outcomes
• Build strong, long-term relationships with couples through empathy, trust, and professionalism
Who We’re Looking For:
• A proactive self-starter with a strong “get it done” mindset and positive attitude
• Background in counseling, coaching, guidance, or professional support roles is a strong advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect authentically
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking when addressing customer concerns
• Polite, patient, empathetic, and trustworthy with a passion for high-quality customer care
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately
• Previous experience in concierge, customer service, or related roles is a plus

Schedule:
