Description:
Inizio Engage is seeking compassionate and motivated Virtual Clinical Educators to join our team, supporting a leading biotechnology company across its Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs divisions. This role provides educational and emotional support to patients and caregivers navigating their diagnosis and treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound and outbound non-promotional disease state educational support to identified customers as directed by the client company
- Conduct outbound medication adherence support for patients and caregivers; hours may include evenings and weekends
- Collect demographic data and disposition for reimbursement services and literature fulfillment
- Maintain high-quality customer service while adhering to call guides and leveraging live video conferencing software
- Use only approved materials provided by Inizio or the client
- Complete all training courses and competency assessments within specified timeframes
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers
- Facilitate services across multiple healthcare sectors as determined by the client or Inizio
- Implement innovative approaches to develop new partnership opportunities
- Complete administrative responsibilities, including daily updates, activity reports, emails, and time reporting
- Attend local and national meetings/conferences to exchange knowledge and maintain awareness of developments within the Patient Solutions team
- Maintain company equipment and materials according to instructions
- Comply with all Inizio and client policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Current US healthcare professional license: RN
- Associates Degree, Bachelor’s, or BSN
- Preferred minimum 3 years’ experience in Neurology or sleep disorders
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner and articulate voice
- Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-starter with high personal motivation
