This full-time role involves providing live chat support to customers nationwide, helping them with inquiries, technical issues, and product-related questions. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat platforms in real-time
- Provide technical assistance and accurate product information

- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

Requirements:
