The Virtual Benefits Consultant (Remote) role offers a unique opportunity to guide families through crucial life and insurance decisions while working fully remotely in the U.S. This position is part of a fast-growing, award-winning agency operated by the Schrieber Organization in partnership with American Income Life, focused on protecting families, empowering agents, and fostering a strong team culture. What You’ll Offer:
You will guide clients through tailored solutions that help protect income, provide peace of mind during unexpected health events, and secure their legacy. Responsibilities include:
• Delivering prepaid union benefit packages to union members and their families—no cold calling required
• Explaining optional permanent programs, including whole life, term, accidental, and AD&D life insurance
• Providing coverage options for children, income, mortgages, college expenses, debt, and supplemental health benefits such as hospital indemnity plans
