What You’ll Do:
As a Virtual Benefits Consultant, you’ll guide families through crucial life decisions, helping them:
- Protect their income and legacy
- Manage final expenses
- Gain peace of mind during unexpected health events
- Access permanent protection options and exclusive union benefits
You’ll deliver prepaid union benefit packages to union members and their families—no cold calling required. You’ll also introduce optional permanent programs such as whole life, term, accidental, and AD&D life insurance, child coverage, income and mortgage protection, college expense and debt coverage, and supplemental health benefits including hospital indemnity plans.
Ideal Candidate:
- Consistent, self-motivated, coachable, resilient, competitive, and goal-driven
- Confident communicator via Zoom, phone, and text
- Seeking flexibility with uncapped income potential
- Over 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Possess or willing to obtain a state Life Insurance Producer License
- Bonus: experience in sales, athletics, service industries, student government, leadership; bilingual candidates encouraged
