Description:
Twine is currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support B2B services focused on Australian small and medium-sized enterprises. This role plays an important part in launching a new psychosocial risk and workplace compliance service by assisting with lead research, referral partner coordination, and structured outreach activities.
The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing multiple administrative tasks, and supporting professional outreach initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting LinkedIn engagement, and assisting with basic Google Ads administration while ensuring timely follow-ups and professional communication with HR, WHS, legal, insurance professionals, and consultants.
This is a flexible, part-time remote role offering approximately 15 hours per week, along with regular weekly check-ins and progress updates.
Key Deliverables:
- Research and compile targeted lists of potential leads and referral partners within HR, WHS, legal, and insurance sectors
- Organize and track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and conversations using spreadsheets or simple CRM tools
- Support LinkedIn activities, including basic posting and engagement with professional audiences
- Assist with administrative tasks related to Google Ads and general project coordination
- Maintain clear, well-organized records of communications and lead status updates
- Participate in weekly check-ins and provide structured progress reports
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support, lead generation, or B2B service environments
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, basic CRM tools, and online research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic Google Ads administration is an advantage
- Reliable internet connection and availability for around 15 hours per week
- Previous experience supporting Australian businesses or professional services is a plus
