This remote role allows you to work flexibly while earning competitive pay and engaging in meaningful AI projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply a “user mindset” to produce realistic and natural AI training data.
- Use rubrics to address user needs in a structured and effective manner.
- Evaluate AI outputs by reviewing and ranking reasoning and problem-solving responses from large language models.
- Contribute to multiple projects depending on your skillset and experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop complex prompts and evaluate nuanced AI reasoning.
- Strong writing skills with clear, concise, and engaging communication to explain evaluations.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in assessing AI model outputs.
Nice to Have:
- Background in literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, or related fields.
- Prior experience in writing or editorial roles such as content strategist, technical writer, or editor.
- Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or creative technology tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn up to $15 USD/hr, paid weekly via PayPal & AirTM.
- Rates vary based on quality, accuracy, and time spent; incentive payments available for certain projects.
