Description:
Great Assistant is recruiting a dedicated Virtual Assistant on behalf of Dr. Alisha Das, CEO of Awake To Love, Inc. and host of the Live Your Love Podcast. Dr. Das is a renowned spiritual authority specializing in angelic guidance, with an extensive portfolio that includes transformational seminars, one-on-one coaching, speaking engagements, blogs, podcasts, and an upcoming two-book deal with Penguin Random House. She has conducted over 250 seminars and has been featured on major media networks.
The Remote Assistant will support Dr. Alisha Das and co-CEO Michael Hayes with administrative, client, and marketing tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate is aligned with core values of being spiritually aligned, loving, proactive, and accountable while maintaining excellence in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO emails, prioritize messages, and respond as needed
- Edit and schedule marketing emails and blog posts
- Handle social media tasks including scheduling posts, uploading content, responding to comments, and driving engagement
- Provide client support and follow-up, including managing individual client communications
- Answer student questions during classes and support content creation using AI tools
- Manage podcast logistics and guest preparation
- Update website content and prepare performance reports
- Assist with marketing promotions for webinars, seminars, and book launches
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage personal tasks for the leadership team

Position Details:
- 1099 contractor position with paid sick time and holidays
- 30–40 hours per week; availability from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, occasional evenings/weekends for events
- Travel may be required 1–2 weeks per year for book launch events

- Long-term commitment (3+ years) encouraged
