Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of administrative tasks to assist the Executive Assistant.
  • Accurately input and manage information within company databases.
  • Maintain updated filing systems and manage contact lists.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders via email and phone.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO.
