Porch Group is seeking a Virtual Assistant I to support its ACC teams by managing customer communications and delivering exceptional remote assistance. The role focuses on handling calls, texts, emails, appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer information across multiple systems.

The successful candidate will serve as a front desk representative, ensuring smooth customer interactions while following company procedures and service standards. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, bilingual proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, texts, and emails for assigned companies.

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate price quotes, and promote home inspection services.

• Schedule appointments using booking and calendar management systems.

• Manage office correspondence through email, text messages, and voicemail.

• Maintain accurate client notes, records, and information across multiple platforms.

• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality.

• Manage appointment calendars and support front desk operations.

• Make independent decisions and use good judgment when handling customer situations.

• Provide timely and professional communication with customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in bilingual customer service roles.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent position.

• Minimum 2 years of remote work experience.

• Fluent English communication skills with bilingual proficiency in another language.

• Strong communication, note-taking, and data entry skills.

• Proficiency with standard software applications and web-based tools.

• Ability to manage email, chat, text, and multiple communication channels.

• Strong multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to follow procedures while demonstrating independent judgment.
