Kelly Services Inc. is seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic financial services team in Gaithersburg, MD. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client review workflows from start to completion, following detailed templates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Update, organize, and maintain client data across platforms including WealthBox CRM, Box, Asset Map, and others.
• Link, verify, and sync data between financial systems to ensure accuracy at both client and household levels.
• Support team operations by assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth workflow execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in administrative support, client service, or data management, preferably within the financial industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step workflows consistently.
• Proficiency in cloud-based tools such as Box, CRM systems (WealthBox, Salesforce), and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Working Hours & Benefits:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekly pay on Fridays
