Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer / Photographer to join our vibrant real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, capable of producing engaging photo and video content that enhances property marketing efforts and strengthens brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, including interiors and exteriors
- Plan, shoot, and produce creative video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and property listings
- Edit videos and photos using professional software including color grading, transitions, and audio enhancements
- Develop scripts and storyboards for promotional videos and marketing content
- Operate professional cameras, stabilizers, lighting equipment, and other production tools
- Manage, organize, and deliver multimedia content on schedule
- Keep updated with the latest real estate, photography, and digital content trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams and real estate agents to generate ideas and coordinate content schedules
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a videographer/photographer with a strong portfolio
- Expertise in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop
- Experience creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others
- Creative in scriptwriting, storytelling, and visual composition
- Knowledge of real estate photography and videography is a strong advantage
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible to travel for property shoots within the UAE
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in UAE real estate
- Basic knowledge of 3D virtual tours and walkthrough videos
- Understanding of branding and marketing strategies
