ImpactOx Media is a fast-growing personal branding and media studio based in Dubai, working with entrepreneurs, influencers, and businesses across the GCC to produce podcasts, social reels, and branded video content. We focus on storytelling that builds influence and drives engagement.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative Video Editor / Creative Lead (UAE-based) who can both edit and perform basic shooting. You will work closely with the founder and creative team to shape short-form and long-form content that reflects client brands and performs on social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form reels, social videos, podcast episodes, and brand clips optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Perform basic camera work on shoots (phone and Canon), capturing usable footage and simple setups.
- Add captions, transitions, sound design, color tweaks, and effects using Premiere Pro / CapCut or similar tools.
- Manage and organize project files, deliverables, and remote editing workflows.
- Keep up with social media trends and implement creative formats that increase engagement.
- Provide creative input on storytelling, pacing, and visual direction to improve final outputs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of video editing experience with a demonstrable portfolio of social or branded content.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pace, and social-first editing techniques.
- Comfortable with basic camera handling (Canon and smartphone setups).
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and familiarity with CapCut or similar mobile editing apps.
- UAE-based candidates only (Dubai preferred); immediate joiner preferred.
- Team-player attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.
