Description:

A prominent UAE organization is seeking an experienced Vice President – Corporate Finance to lead strategic financial operations across a diversified business portfolio. This executive-level role focuses on capital strategy, financial planning, treasury management, corporate transactions, and driving overall financial performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping investment decisions, managing complex financial structures, and building strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute corporate finance strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead capital planning, funding strategies, treasury operations, and liquidity management.

• Evaluate acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and strategic business transactions.

• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction assessments.

• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, lenders, and financial institutions.

• Manage and mentor senior corporate finance teams.

• Provide strategic financial insights to support major business decisions.

• Drive improvements in financial performance and capital efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• MBA or CFA qualification is preferred.

• 18+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, treasury, or related leadership roles.

• Proven experience managing complex capital structures and financial transactions.

• Strong expertise in financial strategy, valuation, funding, and capital markets.

• GCC experience is highly preferred.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
