Description:
Morley is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Vehicle Return Clerk (Repurchase Coordinator) to work remotely from Michigan. In this role, you will coordinate the return of vehicles eligible for buyback between a major auto manufacturer and its customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and maintain case accuracy and assemble necessary documentation
  • Coordinate communication between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
  • Negotiate and facilitate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the manufacturer
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound channels, including phone calls, emails, and chats
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and upbeat approach in all interactions

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficient in computer navigation, typing, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Customer service experience preferred (3+ years), including call center, retail, restaurant, hotel, or similar roles
  • Ability to work the following shifts reliably:
  • Monday to Friday (primary shift: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern)
  • Rotational shifts 2–4 times per month (11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern)

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in banking, mortgages, accounting, or automotive dealerships
  • College degree

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Must be a Michigan resident
  • High-speed internet accessible via Ethernet or landline
