Description:
We’re hiring a hands-on Van Sales Executive to cover an assigned territory and drive sales, distribution, and brand presence for Gorilla Energy across Food Service and Traditional Trade outlets. This field role combines direct selling, merchandising, and daily customer relationship management to ensure our products are visible, stocked, and selling well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned retail and trade outlets daily to sell and distribute Gorilla Energy products, meeting sales and distribution targets.
  • Capture accurate orders, process invoices, and collect payments on site.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and sales staff to secure repeat business.
  • Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory to maintain freshness, and ensure proper shelf availability.
  • Set up and maintain in-store visibility — displays, POS materials, and coolers — to drive impulse and repeat purchases.
  • Operate the company sales van safely and reconcile stock and cash at the end of each shift.
  • Report competitor activity, new sales opportunities, and support in-market promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience within FMCG, beverage, or F&B channels in the UAE, especially Traditional Trade (grocers, mini-marts, convenience stores).
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and maintaining strong retailer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently with good time management.
  • Valid UAE manual driving licence required.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu considered an advantage.
