We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Value Added Services (VAS) Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with a range of additional services that complement their business setup journey, ensuring a seamless and enhanced experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, promote, and sell value-added services (VAS) to clients throughout and after the business setup process, including:
  • Office space and business center solutions
  • Bank account opening assistance
  • VAT and accounting services
  • Branding, website, and digital marketing packages
  • Corporate insurance, HR, and payroll services
  • Business consultancy and legal support services
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure smooth delivery of all VAS offerings.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of UAE trade license types, free zone and mainland structures, and related services to provide accurate guidance to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering customized solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for VAS products and services.
  • Stay updated on UAE business regulations, government procedures, and emerging opportunities for value-added services.
  • Support business setup consultants with cross-selling and upselling company services.
  • Prepare quotations, service agreements, and invoices related to VAS offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a UAE business setup, PRO, or document clearance company.
  • Strong understanding of UAE government departments, free zones, and trade license procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
