Key Responsibilities:
• Access, review, and assign cases for utilization review (UR) processing.
• Respond to telephone inquiries and provide accurate information and case triage support.
• Enter and maintain demographic and utilization review data in internal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across claims and clinical management systems.
• Collect required documentation for UR processing from internal and external sources.
• Organize, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and faxes.
• Upload and maintain review documentation in electronic or paperless systems.
• Support additional departments and operational units as required.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured work environment.
• Previous clerical or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
