A reputable organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Utility Supervisor to join a large-scale infrastructure project in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong on-site supervision experience and a solid understanding of utility works within infrastructure developments.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all utility-related activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with project specifications. This includes close coordination with engineering teams and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all utility-related site activities, including water, sewer, and stormwater systems
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety regulations
• Coordinate effectively with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor daily site progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions
• Maintain high standards of quality control and site safety throughout project execution
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within the UAE, specifically in infrastructure projects
• Prior experience working on RTA or road development projects will be considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge of site supervision practices and coordination across multiple teams
• Ability to handle on-site challenges and ensure timely project delivery
