We Are Hiring: Utility Foreman & Road Foreman (Road Construction Experience Required)
A reputable construction organization is currently seeking experienced and skilled professionals for the roles of Utility Foreman and Road Foreman to support ongoing infrastructure and road construction projects in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong field experience who can effectively supervise site operations while ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and timely project execution.
The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing site crews, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring that all works are carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications. Individuals with prior UAE project exposure will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities related to road construction and utility installation works.
• Lead and manage site labor teams to ensure productivity and efficient task completion.
• Interpret and follow construction drawings, technical plans, and project requirements accurately.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project management teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor progress on-site and report updates to management as required.
• Support proper installation of utilities while maintaining project timelines and technical standards.
Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience in road construction projects is mandatory.
• UAE project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage site crews effectively.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute work based on engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of utilities installation processes and infrastructure works.
