This role focuses on ensuring proper disbursement of outstanding financial items in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and research outstanding checks and existing balances according to guidelines
- Communicate with internal customers and escrow branches to resolve service queries and issues
- Identify and escalate issues to management as necessary
- Recognize opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
Candidate Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial or property management roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of departmental concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships within the team
- Working knowledge of FAST and Trustlink recommended
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
