This role focuses on ensuring proper disbursement of outstanding financial items in line with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and research outstanding checks and existing balances according to guidelines
  • Communicate with internal customers and escrow branches to resolve service queries and issues
  • Identify and escalate issues to management as necessary
  • Recognize opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and issue resolution

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial or property management roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of departmental concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships within the team
  • Working knowledge of FAST and Trustlink recommended
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
